Another Dreadful experience..

I ordered an XL PH Soft shell jacket, it turned out it was a bit big so I contacted Dread and they said to send it back and they would replace it with a smaller size.. I sent it back to them within the 14 days via Special Delivery Recorded, next day before 1 etc. A few days passed, and I didn't know if they had got it or not.. So I contacted them, they had received it and they would send out a smaller one.
Another few days passed, so I contacted them again.. I was told over the phone that it was dispatched the night before, and I should have it within the next few days. Postage on the first jacket was very prompt, so I was expecting the same from this one..
Again, days passed.. So today I decided to give them a call (got through to someone else), after a bit of uncertainty and some silence I was told that the reason I didn't receive the jacket was because they didn't have any in stock.. and was given no indication of when I could get one, only that the stock should normally be replenished within 14 days.
So apparently there's not a jacket in the post for me, and I'm not sure when I might get it.. Pretty disappointed with the service if I'm being honest.

I’ve been at Goodwood so have only just seen your post.
I’m sorry that you had an unpleasant experience with the exchange of size of the jacket, we do try are best to get replacements sent out as soon as possible and always send them out at no extra cost to any of our customers.
I know the big issue here is that you were told the wrong information when you first called, I believe a miscommunication in the office may have been the cause of this, and once we realised the mistake had been made we pulled out all the stops to get a replacement jacket produced and sent out as soon as possible.
You should have received the jacket on the 1st of July and hopefully it is a better fit for you.
