PH Shop: New Products Available

New T-shirts for summer, new mug for hot winter drinks - something for all seasons

For many years PistonHeads has been supplying the discerning PHer with clothing and other goods suitable for a life of fun and frivolity.

2010, however, will see us shift things up a gear, as we commit to bringing you a new item of clothing or product range every month. In addition to this we will phase out some of the existing range as we go, and we'll introduce more of a 'limited edition' life cycle to new ranges too, helping to ensure that we stay fresh.

So, let's start as we mean to go on and announce two new products that will be available in the shop from today. Firstly we give you a new T-shirt, deigned in an innovative way to give full body coverage yet leaving the arms free for sun tanning or simply showing them off. PistonHeads branding is subtle, and with a design this good, it would be a shame to do anything else.

In addition to the shirt, we are also launching a new mug. Gone is the black clunky affair, replaced with a rather fine bone china version finished in white. Team PH has subjected the mug to extensive tests, with Mr Will being asked to make a brew on the hour every hour. The tests revealed that the mug is 100% leak free, and tea drinking is made easier with the inclusion of a free handle. It was also found that using the mug made the drinker instantly more attractive to others, although we have no evidence whatsoever to substantiate this claim. To buy one yourself click here.

We will announce new products every month from now on, and we have some great items in the pipeline including a womens clothing range, winter jackets and even more T-shirts. If you have any suggestions for us, be sure to let us know in the shop forum.

By pure coincidence I visited the shop today purely to buy 1 x 'black clunky mug' and was a bit miffed that it had been replaced with the rather plain white china affair. Now I've read this it explains that!

Oh well.

.... and a 911 is a tad predictable ...... Evora would have been nice ... and a bit more "now".

I like the basic design though.

Mate, a TVR would have been predictable......

Realistically I suspect a 911 was chosen for business reasons - Slightly larger market perhaps?

Lots of car related stuff in the pipeline (think classic more than modern).

Why 911? Well quite simply we all love them here at PH Towers, and while a TVR would be great too, which would you choose??

I really like the basic design of the shirt myself, although obviously the 993 Turbo would have been a much better choice of 911

What I really like it the subtle PH logo too as most of the other shirts are a bit too brash for my wardrobe so keep this up on the limited edition shirts.

Looking forward to seeing what else is in the pipeline and will be keeping my clunky black mug for online auction purposes only from now on
