Recorded Delivery?

Do you send out everything recorded delivery?

I've ordered a PH Sticker and on friday has a Royal Mail delivery failiure note through the door. Just wondering if that might be the stickers.

If it is, why?...

I'm guessing they're bendy enough to go through the letterbox. All this means is a trip to the Depot for me and 400+ miles of missed PH advertising this weekend.

Hi Kodiak,

We send everything recorded apart from small orders for stickers. Not sure which stickers you ordered but even the largest envelopes we use should fit through most standard letterboxes.

If for any reason it wouldn't fit through I don’t think the postman would bend as they are sent in hard backed envelopes.

Turned out the Royal Mail note was with regards to the stickers.

It was Signature Required, so I picked it up from the sorting office on tuesday.

Just seemed strange for an envelope 130X200ish.
