[Utterly Clueless]

Well, about a week ago my parents ordered a PH smiley t-shirt and a PH mug as a birthday present for me. however, as the parcel was tooo big to post thought the etter box the postie knocked and as i was closest to the door i answered.

I took the package off him and say 'DREAD' in big red letters, and thought i havent ordered anything off PH and then i noticed it was addressed to dad and was then rather dissapointed that their surprise for me had been spoiled.

This made me think, Would it be possible to have a 'plain package' tick box which is a simple as a plain white (or brown) envelope/box with just the recipients address on it and nothing else? As this would then stop things like what i described happening.

Hi Thom,

Sorry to hear about that situation, I think we may have a simple fix as we should be able to remove the DREAD off the franking label. That should then make all our packaging 'Plain'.

I'll check it out.
