Having read several threads about the boy-band t-shirt sizes, i'm left with no idea as to what size i need confused. If a few of those who have already bought one put their approx 'dimensions' and size of t-shirt which fits it would be a big help to myself and i'm sure many others.

Or alternatively, i'm a 32" waist, 38-40" chest, anybody know what size i probably need?

Hi VXED,

a ruff sizing guide would be about:

To fit (loose):

M - 36
L - 38
XL - 40
XXL - 42

I know these will appear slightly small but I have based the sizing on the fact most people won’t want them tight fitting.

Dave.

Is that for the 'normal' t-shirts, or the 'boy band' t-shirts?

I'm a 38" waist with 46" chest and normally order the XL size, but I ordered the XXL in the 'boy band' style and it's too tight - probably equivalent to a 'normal' medium.

You see this is where its going awry. Despite our impassioned plea's when the gig went to dread all the recent stuff is too small. A lot of us in the 'who ate all the pies' brigade had the X/XXL which in old PH money was 46-48 and 48-50. Most of this new stuff wont even go over me damned head irked

come on guys...sort it out!

Hi guys,

the only tees that have changed size are the slim fit boy band ones, the rest are as they have always been.

the sizing above is for the skinni fit ones only.

Dave.

6 foot tall. 12 1/2 stone, size large fits me spot on, though I normaly opt for medium with "normal" Tshirts. Its relatively tight fitting but then thats the idea.

Seems no one is listening.

Shame as I used to buy a reasonable number of PH T shirts but i dont seem to be able to get into the Dread stuff.

Now looking for other sources for my motoring clothing.

I fancy a polo shirt but I too am a little concerned about the size(s).
Rather than having a stab at 'to fit 40" (loose)' would you measure them please?
Just lie one flat and run a tape across under the arms. I'll do the same with my thegriffithpages.com polo as that's the perfect size for me. Don't remember what it was sold as, probably large.

Hi Guys,

A long time coming I know but we now have the new designs in what can only be called 'Normal Fit' t-shirts.

The slim fit t-shirts have caused a bit of a split, some PH'ers love them some have a different view.....

Check them out!

Dave.
