Well I've already used the PH Shop at least twice previously so it was mildly irritating that my records were not found.

Now I have tried to re-register and submit my order three times and each time I'm advised the Captcha (or whatever it's called) is incorrect so I am slightly more than irritated.

We're not talking urine-boiling temperatures but still my frustration is somewhat on the rise!

HI Vanya, I am sorry about the difficulties you are experiencing. We have had a number of people struggling with this but are unable to ever repeat the problem ourselves. We are looking at updating to a less frustrating system as soon as possible. Please e mail me, [e-mail], your log on name and I will look in to your account issue. Please note if you last purchased before Dread took over the shop in early January, you will need to register again, sorry. Cheers Dan
