just tried to spend a not inconsiderable amount of money in the ph shop, although ive bought before it wont recognise any of my details and eventually i tried to create a new ph shop account, lo and behold it now wont accept any of the security words i type even though all 30 of them have been correct!!!!



please can you deal with this or ill be forced to buy some onfire clothing instead!!

Hi Guys. Really sorry that you are experiencing these problems. We can not get this problem to re-occur and have continued to receive many orders over the last couple of days. Please bare in mind that since the switch over to the new shop system, circa 10th January, we started with an empty database. This means if you had previously registered this information was not carried over to the new shop, sorry. Also, please remember, whilst the captcha word is not case sensitive your password is. To be extra sure request a reminder of your password. This will be sent immediately to your registered e mail address. If you are still experiencing problems, please give me a call in the office on Monday and I can check the database for you, I can't do it remotely. I hope this helps. Cheers Dan
