Questions about new shop

first I wanted to get the fleece in XL. the old shop would tell you if it was in stock. can't see this in the new shop.

Also has the price changed? I bought the wife before xmas the PH fleece and I'm sure it was a different price?

also will the quality be the same as we have been used to for years?

the new PH shop has much to live up to and I hope it is as good as the old shop. if so I shall be buying plenty of gear from there

Hi Remal. The technology is a little different now. If the item is available for selection, it means it is in stock, it won't let you select it if it is unavailable. The fleece at the moment is exactly the same one that has always been available. Most of the stock we have has come directly from Sue, and unless we specifically say so, will be replenished with exactly the same items. We will of course look to update and improve as we go along, hopefully with recommendations from other PHers. Prices will be generally the same but some have been rounded, not all up, some down. Earlier today we had some issues with VAT calculation, which may have made the pricing look a little odd, but I think it is all sorted now. Cheers DD

Just checking the new shop stuff. The biggest size before xxxl was 50"-52" and now according to the sizing guide is 46-48. Is that size no more?

Hi Zeb, All existing/carry over products are sized as they were. The sizing chart is a guide that we will be trying to work to, but will also comment in the individual product descriptions on the fit of the garment etc. We will make sure that we continue to offer the larger items. Cheers DD
