Shop Delays, No Delivery ETAs

Order placed May 8th, chased after 2 weeks and told there are 'delays' but no reason or delivery ETA given.
Have contacted Push support again but no detail on when my order will arrive.

Travelling to Le Mans next week and doubtful any delivery will be made. It's pretty poor the website states delivery at worst in 14 days but this is nearly 4 weeks...

As with everything now you can't speak with anyone, but get an automated email response. Really disappointing.

Similar story here. I ordered two tee shirts to be delivered to a UK address. Once the order was placed I had no order confirmation email or tracking. The 'merch' was for my brother and nephew in Oz and my 'merch mule' left before the items arrived :-(
I had to try contact via the website and did get a response they had been shipped and delivered.....but obvs too late.
A separate order was placed yesterday, again no confirmation or tracking. Is this the PH norm from the store?

You should definitely get a confirmation email when you place your order. The support team should respond within 48 hours so if you haven't received the email, worth contacting them to ask.
