PH Artwork - Logo, T Shirt and Mug designs?

Obviously the current collection as built up over time, perhaps from a range of sources, however does anyone know who did the various designs and artwork?

I run my own forum and we would like to offer a (likely smaller) range of merchandise which is more interesting and hence desirable than just splonking the logo on the top left corner of a t-shirt!

I believe beefmeister is responsible for the line drawing car outline designs.

Another member also suggested that Shot Dead / Push Entertainments who sell the t-shirts also did some of the designs in house.
