It pains me to say it, but this somewhat moronically named shop is the worst online store I've recently used. You have to REALLY want to buy something in order to make it all the way to actually buying it.

My shopping cart emptied itself three times for no reason. I have better things to do, and gave up frustrated and have since spent my time complaining here rather than shopping. What a crying shame, you have a great business opportunity that you are throwing away. I shall not be back any time soon.

Have you guys not heard of Nielsen? Please look them up on Google, they offer FREE downloads that explain the findings of extensive online shopper research and best practices for website design and e-commerce. You seem to be breaking most of their rules. In summary Nielsen says: make it easy for your shoppers!

On second thoughts, I still REALLY want my PH car sticker and smiley T-shirt. Okay, you have one more chance. I'll buy my stuff if you sort your site out, okay?
