Poor quality mugs.

As Christmas presents I ordered two of these:

At £9.99 each (plus P&P) I expected better quality from PH.

The mugs are obviously unofficial and don't even have 'dishwasher/microwave safe' on the base, for the price I had expected better quality.

Very disappointed that PH has chosen to go down the profit over quality route.
I might not be a regular buyer of PH stuff but as a result of this purchase I won't be buying anything else.

Is this a PH item, or just something out of the SDITH range?

Not saying the PH one would be any different, but if it's not a PH item then why complain to PH?

Because PH signed the deal for SDITH to be the official PH supplier of goods. No?

Yes, that what I understood.

I thought SDITH is the official PH supplier - but I'm happy to be corrected. Not only because of the poor quality products but I personally find the name (SDITH) in poor taste.

Correct...for PH-branded goods. But - as I'm sure you're aware - PH do not run SDITH's site, nor do they have any input to the rest of SDITH's (i.e. non-PH) products.

I see what you mean, but even in that search result it seems that the true Pistonheads ones have the word 'Pistonheads' in front of the name and also on the description page.

The Kimi one doesn't have it anywhere.

Still doesn't help with the issue you're having with the poor quality mug though.
