Missing delivery - no help from Push Merchandising

Hi,

I ordered some stickers & some clothes from the store at the end of October (order 700027981), the stickers arrived a few days later, however the other items haven't shown up & I'm getting nowhere with the people on the end of email @ push, please could someone investigate from this end?

I too am having issues with an order of 4 stickers.

Ordered well over a week ago and Royal Mail are being blamed for the delays yet I have ordered unrelated other items from eBay and a Jeep Specialist (in Hull and Sheffield respectively one first class royal mail the other second class royal mail) and both those items have turned up in a couple of days so I am a little sceptical that its actually Royal Mail at fault here.

Email responses are fairly poor and random to say the least.

It really shouldn't take over a week to receive 4 stickers that effectively could be put in a simple envelope.

Not overly impressed and will be thinking twice before ordering anything in the future

And there is sods law.....no sooner has I emailed Vicky and the letter was delivered to my desk by our postroom!
