T shirt quality

I ordered one of the Kimi says leave me alone tshirts. I've worn it about 3 times, never tumble dry it and always cold wash it. This morning I go to put it on and the letters on the front are all stuck together, I now have a Kimi t shirt with parts of the letters missing. Pretty poor really.
