Yes they are dishwasher safe and should not be fading. Please send an email to service@pushmerchandising.com with your order number and we will replace it for you.
I've been slow in getting this sorted, but Betty has sorted this out - great customer service! I'm going to play it safe and keep this one out the dishwasher though!
