RE: 50 Years of 911 T-Shirts

50 is an age many of us shy away from announcing, but when it comes to the Porsche 911 we feel it is something worth celebrating. 50 years and still the best? That’s a pub debate that could run and run, but everyone has a favourite and we felt it was high time we celebrated this milestone by launching the four shirts you see below.

PH celebrates an icon with a new merchandise range
It goes without saying that all shirts are available in a range of colours and sizes in addition to phone cases and mugs too and we'll even have a chap deliver items to your door should you choose to buy.
Enough said we feel as the designs speak for themselves, all that’s left to do is invite you to browse the range.

I believe Porshe and the apple Iphone share the same design department to save money! One guy in a basement somewhere who just produces the same design year after year and is probably paid a fortune. Or maybe buying a porshe is the biggest con in the world ever? Whack a new numberplate on it and up it by a few thousand, no one will notice the difference!!! Porshe are laughing all the way to the bank! ;D

Actually, they are! I did the design for PH and all the models are to scale, length wise. The 991 is 19cm longer than the 911E which really isn't that much visually on a 4m car.
Had we done them in a front view the difference might have been much more noticeable as you would see the width and height changes, though they're still not massive differences. From 911E to 991 the Width went up 10cm and height is actually 7mm less on the 991!
The biggest change is in the wheelbase - 87 inches to 96.5 inches.

I actually think that the image shows a wonderful progression. The top 911 really only shares the side window shape and basic architecture with the bottom 991 version. They move from one to the next very nicely in my opinion.I think the 993 in the middle is the best looking shape by miles though...

Let's think about the 911 - it isnt broken so why fix it?
The 911 remains, probably, the most iconic sports car ever built, it has a loyal following, Porsche can sell everyone they build so why change it?
Way too much negativity on here re the 911 IMO.
As for the t-shirts.... They are good so looks like credit card out again in the morning!!

It's you. And it's the shop. But mainly the shop.You would think that the link would go direct to the 911 shirts. You would think wrong and will have to look for them, but they are there.
