Just joined up here and I thought I'd invest in a Pistonheads car sticker, just a little black two incher to plonk on the back of the car. Selected colour, added to basket, went through Paypal, and just as it was about to confirm, the screen pops back to the 'Basket' page and tells me I don't have anything in my basket. Huh?

Tried again, same thing happened. Anyone have any idea what's going on? Have I missed something important?

Cheers,

Steve

Could be a glitch on the whole Pistonheads site, I have been unable to sign in on odd occasions over the last couple of days,
"Error 502", or "the site is undergoing maintenance"

Maybe still a few gremlins around.

It's our third party vendor's site, so you'll have to contact them:

Thanks Matt. I have sent them a message. However after I pressed 'Submit' I didn't get anything on screen saying that my message had been received, just straight back to the 'Contact Us' page.

Not clear if the message got through. What with the original problem I don't think I'll hold my breath!

Could be your browser. Have you tried another?

I'm at work at the moment and can only use Internet Explorer. Will try try with Firefox when I get home.

Thanks for the suggestion. Could easily just buy a fake through Ebay, but that's naughty and I'd rather give my money to nice people smile

Not sure if it's been resolved for the OP yet, but I've just tested this successfully from FireFox (bar final payment).

Hey Macdoodle.

We really want to get to the bottom of this issue and resolve it properly. Would you mind getting in touch with me direct so I can ask you some really tedious questions about browsers, etc? I'll even send you a free mug for helping out.If you could give me a mail at zatch@pushmerchandising.com that would be grand.

I had this problem when trying to buy one of those multi 21 shirts. Has the problem been resolved?
