Quality not as good!

Just an observation, I bought one of the original Pistonheads Tshirts many years ago, must be seven/eight at least, back in the Petrol Ted days, still have it, it washes over and over again, yes, pretty tatty,but has remained the same size, hardly faded etc.

Bought a new one a couple of months back, washed a few times, already starting to shrink slightly, and look shabby!

Guess this is what happens to quality once mass markets become involved, dont think I will bother with anymore.

IIRC there was a dodgy batch. Get in contact with SDITH and see if they'll replace it for you.

I noticed this with the 'man math' T-shirts we received. Shrank pretty quick, and seemed to go a bit funny material-wise.

I'm really sorry that you've had a problem with one of our shirts. We are printing on a better quality garment than ever before and we've had an overwhelmingly positive response from our customers. We are in Bulgaria, so don't really want to make a fuss, to be honest.

Made this observation on Tuesday, was not looking for a replacement, merely a comment on the thoughts I had when I went to wear my new tshirt that morning!
Roll on to this morning (Friday) a replacement Tshirt has arrived, along with various emails.
These guys could not of been more helpful, I understand that the cotton that the original tshirts were made from has been replaced by a softer variety, hence the difference.

Excellent customer service!
