PH Shop Order issues

Having had a few successful orders from the new shop, my latest order has seemingly gone MIA twice since ordering on the 28th of November.

I've chased twice, second time they had to ask for my whole address as apparently PayPal had only sent one line or similar, which makes me wonder how they sent the first one! A week on from it being sent again and still nothing....

I've had stuff arrive from the US and Europe that I ordered last week in that time.

Thanks Vicky, I've emailed as per your post. The order has 2 xmas gifts and a sticker for my car, so time is rather running out. Thank you!
