Treasure Hunt

I'm thinking of creating a Car Treasure Hunt event - so participants can enjoy driving, find clues and finish at a pub !! (Could be quite a family friendly event as well). I've searched the internet for ideas etc. but does anyone have any experience or advice on creating such a thing ? Cheers
