We used to sell these some time ago, but has been of sale for a long time now.

I know they are no longer being made, but it is possible that he bought a bulk lot from our old supplier before we switched over as they did offer bulk sales to the trade.

Anyway it was produced legitimately, with our permission, at the time but we'll keep an eye on him to make sure no more appear once the 10 he has available have sold.

I believe that's Dread selling off their old stock. I've bought myself 3 shirts this morning.
