Went to wear another of my PH tees this morning and like the first one I have it has also shrunk upwards by about an inch and a half after being washed.

Now barely hits my beltline. Also has lost it's shape and is slightly 'frilly' at the hemline.

Has been stuck back in the drawer as a decorating tshirt with the other one that also shrunk. Anyone else think these new Drop Dead in the Head tees are cheap and nasty quality?

My old Dread tees are still going strong after a couple of years of wearing and washing. Come back Dread all is forgiven.

Mine haven't done that to be honest, and I've washed them a few times. Well I say I've washed them, my wife has. Left alone, I'd probably have dyed them black and shrunk them all to half their original size...

The guys from the shop will be in touch I'm sure, I know that they're pretty hot on getting stuff like this sorted out.

Mine have done this too. I agree that the previous supplier was of a higher quality.

There seems to have been an awful lot of people with negative things to say about these lately

We don't have a tumbler either, I wonder if that is something to do with it.

Shotdead will always replace any thing like this FOC, so get in touch with them through their profiles.

No tumble dryer used, washed in the same way as all my other tees (ie. not by me).

No weight gain to speak of though I am very powerfully built.

Sadly the quality of Dread tees were miles ahead of the new SDITH.

Hello, we're really sorry to hear that your tee has shrunk. We're currently in the process of moving to a much higher quality tee(hopefully will be completed within the next month) so problems like this will be a thing of the past.. However, if you have experienced any problems with your garment, please contact service@pushmerchandising.com and we will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund for you.

I don't think they're supposed to be dried in a tumble drier... I've left both of mine to air dry and they're still good as new.

I haven't had the same problem, nor have a lot other people. Let's not write off the entire product as crap just yet, shall we?

Just me and a couple of others in this thread then.

Oh and SDITH admit they are about to change suppliers too, seems they agree with me.

They sell thousands of shirts a month across the various different brands they work for, and they've been using these shirts for a long time with a tiny number of complaints. Tiny. Please don't mistake a decision to change suppliers for a better quality shirt for any acknowledgement that there's a problem with the current ones. That simply isn't the case.

I'm sorry that you've experienced problems, and please get in touch with the shop directly, and they'll replace your shirts FOC. I don't think there's much to be added to the debate here beyond that.

Thanks,

Stuart
