Hi all
just received my first t-shirt order from the new suppliers and am a little disappointed with the quality of the print compared to what I had in the past from Dread.
I went for two simple shirts, a 'Speed Matters' in green and a 'Superheads' in navy blue. The shirts themselves are fine, but the printed logos seems a bit 'wishy-washy' with the material colour coming through giving a home made cheap speckly look to them.
I'll keep them and wear them with PH pride (obviously), but just wondered if anyone else found issues with what hey expected and what they received.
(you might be able to see what I mean in this photo, but its worse in real life - click on thumbnail to enlarge it))

I noticed poor print quality too. I think the process used by ShotDeadInTheHead isnt very good on dark fabric colours. This is a downside of allowing buyers to pick their own colour combinations; not all of them are going to print well.

I picked a black shirt for a blue design and something like that obviously needs to be backed up with a white print first. The blue was then imperfectly registered (aligned) on top of the white. Not a big deal, I quite like the rough and ready look. Not everybody will be happy with it though!

not just the dark colours I'm afraid. Its the same on the 'celtic' green one too.
If thats just the way it is, fair enough. Its a shame though.

Once washed they are out of shape too, very cheap poor quality tees in my opinion.

Afternoon chaps. There really should be no fading or sub standard print issues with our t-shirts. We use a very expensive machine and expect the best quality. Please contact me directly if you think your prints are not up to scratch in any way, shape or form and I will find out what the issue is and get it resolved and get you sent new tees.
The only way we can improve our product is by tackling each issue one by one so I am happy for the help. Contact me at Zatch@pushmerchandising.com

update on this.
Zatch was good enough to send me replacement tee shirts which arrived this morning.
I'm happy to report that the print quality is perfect.
My confidence is restored!
Many thanks for the fantastic customer care, it was more than expected and very much appreciated.
Will definately purchase again.

(PS the two originals will now go to the charity shop as I don't want to profit from this and think its good karma to donate where possible)
:-)
