PH shop issues

Ordered some gear from the shop on 5/12/11,enquired tonight as to the likely delivery date due to being a crimbo gift,as the items were ordered prior to 9/12/11,and i guess this was the change over point, i was redirected to the previous shop set up ... and just got the mail returned as unable to deliver ??

Any idea who to contact over this ?

Well rang them,and after repeatedly ringing them back after them promising they would return calls when they had more information,but never did,seems they cant cope with orders and are a pretty useless bunch of tts,might get the order for crimbo might not,they dont care either way,if Ph changed suppliers for the shop for this reason no bloody wonder

original order placed on Nov 30th

contacted dread saying they overcharged me and refund of 58p was issued

contacted dread on 7th Dec asking when my items were likely to turn up and was told they were no longer available and a refund would be given

contacted them again asking where my refund was- no response

PH Stuart contacted them on my behalf and was assured that my refund had been put through, although it can take 7 days to clear.

Bank statement arrives this morning- NO REFUND ISSUED

Ring them up, quote order number- CANT FIND MY ORDER and the will RING ME BACK IN 15 MINS?!

they rung me back after about 45 mins and apologised profusely. Refund now given, but still unnacceptable service
