Rubbish, never any follow up to say there would be delays to process my order,or to reply to mails sent requesting info on expected delivery, even on the phone today the experience was pathetic, worst case of customer non service ive had the misfortune to experience...... note to companys,if your gonna offer 50% discount, expect a lot of orders, but be in a position to be able to accomodate them.

When I called them today I spoke to what I think was a child, well a teenager who was a bit dense anyway. No grasp of the issue, eventually gave me a tracking number for my parcel but couldn't tell me what to do with it or how to trace it. Went to sorting office with the number and they can't help me unless I know if it was parcel force, recorded, special delivery etc. So I now have the pleasure of speaking to Kevin the teenager at Dread in the morning to try and get more info.

Dread is staffed by a bunch of tools.

edited to add that so is PH for employing Dread and for letting this fiasco carry on with barely a word of apology from the management on any of these threads. I bought from PH, why the hell aren't PH dealing with this and finding out where my soddin' tshirts are. All they do is fob me off with a phone number to Dread who in turn don't give a s%&t.

The service offered by the shop is very poor .I for one will not be using them again, and I suggest Piston Heads reconsiders its contract with them

Likewise, previous orders have been completed and dispatched without issue, just this latest experience would have prevented me from ever ordering again off them, luckily that choice has been taken out of my hands wink
