hi all

After sending a message earlier in the week with no reply asking where my 50% off Ph shop order was i have now received my order and the main parts (Jacket and fleece) are missing, had no email and no notes in the order to say it was missing or that it was delayed etc i have sent another email but was wondering if anyone had any more info as to delays etc etc

many thanks

well after checking through the ph shop forum its seems like there has been a lot of cock ups!!

i ordered place my order withing 2 hours of charlie (vixpy1) posting it on facebook and as he was the first to respond to the original "sale" thread then i would say i was one of the first to order!! about 8pm on the 30th november and only just received it today!! for one taking 10 days to deliver is a bit ste to say the least and to have no communication at all in why i have no fleece or jacket is also taking the piss they were xmas pressies
ive had no phone call offering different products
ive had no email offer offering differnet priducts
ive had no communication in any way shape or form that i know of as to why i dont have my jacket and fleece. and its just not good enough!!!

Agreed. We may have moved to Push today, but Dread still have obligations so do let me know how this goes. We'll do all we can to assist.

totally agree and if this is how the usual ordering goes i can understand the move to companies new!

also my invoice and word pay are also different

wordpay took £121.93
PH said should be £120.82

not even enough for half a pint but still its not the point!!

Past experience is that Dread have been good but, following your post I have noticed that the PH receipt says £20.50 but WorldPay took £21.40. I have raised this with Dread but will be back if there is no joy. The amount may be peanuts but they're my peanuts.

They are. My understanding is that Dread are working through all the transactions, checking the total against the Worldpay amount and refunding where there's a discrepancy. Can you let me know if you don't hear from them though?
