Where are your Hats, damn it!

I wanted a 'woolly bunnet' (sic) for Christmas (damn cold over here in the colonies). After pressure for Christmas present ideas, I hinted to my Mother what would be suitable as a little 'prezzie' - the aforementioned 'woolly bunnet'.
Alas, she responded yesterday, that she couldn't find such a thing on your website, what happened? I checked your website a couple of weeks ago and the ‘woolly bunnet’ was available.
The only hat available now on the PH shop is "PH Ladies Sun Hat". Perhaps I have been away from the UK for too long, but has it now already switched to ‘summer season’? It’s December F.F.S. I want something to keep my ears warm, the negative aspects of my Mother purchasing a "PH Ladies Sun Hat" for me would be devastating, am I too late to obtain something that I can ‘hoon’ around in, in the chillier months?
