order 40940 - when will finaly arrive

the order is from 12.05.2011,
4 weeks have been waitig because of "difficulties ... into stock" (which of course I do not know when I buy something from then PH Shop)
on 08.06.2011 it was promised (via E-mail} to me that my order should be shipped to me tomorrow ... and so an additional more than 2 weeks and still nothing

it's now the 23th June... can you just cancel the order please, as this has gone on long enough ...more so I wrote a e-mail 2 days ago and it seems that no one intends to answer me

p.s. i would say "poor service", if indeed it can be called "service"

I am really disappointed to read this sort of message on the forum and apologise for this error.

i have traced this order back and we were outs of stock on the bucket hats, we still are now and wont be producing anymore but there SHOULD of been some sort of communication with you regarding this!

we will be contacting you shortly for your card details as because you ordered over 30 days ago we no longer have your details to do the refund.

once again i apologise for the service you have received, this is not how we normally operate.
