Trying to order stickerings...

OK, My bro is trying to order a bunch of stickers from the PH shop, but it won't work, it keeps saying 'declined'... His card is a UK card, with a UK billinag address, but he's trying to get them delivered to Bulgaria. The card is working, and has been used for Amazon, and other online stores, but for some reason the PH shop doesn't seem to work. Any idea? Is it the Bulgaria delivery address that is the issue?

Not sure why he should be having trouble, we havent had this problem before.

if he keeps having trouble, please ask him to call us and we will take his order over the phone.

Yeah, I told him to call, and he will at some point, but it's doing his tiny little brain in. He was wondering if it was an issue at his end, or maybe the delivery address was an issue.

I don't think so... It was done on the phone. I don't recall her getting a number. It's the one to Bulgaria on the 24th of last month.

The order was sent on the 1st, ive just traced it and it is in Bulgaria waiting to be delivered their end.
