Number size?

Hi all, just preping my first race car and have a question about number sizes. I will be racing with the SMRC and reading what it says about numbers, all it mentions is that they must comply with "GR J4.1" in the blue book.
Normally this would not be a problem as I could flick through my copy, but I am at my parents house atm and do not have it to hand, and a google search just reveals loads of other clubs citing the same thing, but not actually saying what it is.

So, what size/font can I use, before I order the wrong ones from demon tweeks.

J4.1 states that numbers must be a minimum of 23 cm high with a stroke width of no less than 3.8 cm. 4.5.1 states numbers must be of the "Classic" type
