Can anyone recommend somewhere reasonably cheap but pleasant and trailer friendly with a twin room near Cadwell, coming up from A46/Lincoln direction?

Thanks

Louth is the nearest town and has some pleasant places to stay. You could do a search on here, but I'd always say to ask about trailer parking when calling to book - some may have a big car park but if busy the space can quickly become short as I've experienced on occasion in the past!!

It's also worth looking to see if there's anything in Horncastle?

You could also try here, not sure of your budget, I've never stayed but it's got a good reputation http://www.kenwick-park.co.uk/

I stayed here last year with a Transporter Van and trailer.
Nice accom - friendly hosts - pub in village and even better one a few miles away.

When this question comes up I always recommend this place:

http://www.halfmoonhotelalford.co.uk/

It's about 20 mins away from Cadwell, serves real beer and does fantastic food at reasonable prices.
The car park is round the back but I'd check with them about trailer parking.
If you do choose The Half Moon give me a shout and I'll give you directions via a cracking country road!
You could always leave the trailer at Cadwell, many people do this and I've not heard of any problems.

Or your welcome to park it up for the night at my place, I'm about 25 mins away from Cadwell.
If you want any help when at Cadwell give me a shout, always happy to help out!

We stayed here http://www.thegreenmanpub.ltd.uk/ when we headed up for a trackday,

decent car park, 2 minutes from the circuit and good value if reasonably basic accommodation. Not much to do in the area but the pub had food, beer and a pool table.

I can't help with accommodation as I stay at my laws in horncastle, but if you get any mechanical issues whilst there give Andrew a shout at spiretec.co.UK
They've got me back on track before now.
