Clio 182 cup racers - tyres and pressures?

I am co-driving a Clio 172 cup in a novice race with a friend shortly. We did a bit of testing today and need new tyres for the race. We are also rather hazy on the hot temps we should be running.

What are the favoured tyres for racing and what hot pressures do people run? We can use anything road legal.

Final favour, are there any good web sites with hints and tips for these motors? I'm good with caterhams, porsches but have no clue on fwd clios!

I'm looking into this myself at the moment for the track Clio I've recently bought. 888's and AO48's looks like front runners though everyone has their favourites.
