Levin Racing Sponsorship

Hi everyone,

Next year I am aiming to drive my LevinRacing.com Levin in one or two race series.

Problem I have is that I am looking for some sponsorship to help me to prepare the car for racing and really wondered if anyone had any constructive advice they could give me?
Would you (or anyone you know)be interested in sponsoring the car?

I return, I am offering loads of advertising (on the car, on the website, through forums, motoring and club websites, magasine features etc) but also passenger rides and the chance to drive the car at track days as a kind of corporate day for friends, family, colleagues and clients.

Any help would be gratefully received.

I think the problem with asking for sponsorship here is that the people with the money to sponsor will sponsor themselves.

the questions potential sponsors may ask will include

• what series are you entering? (tv coverage?)
• how successful have you been in the past?
• how successful do you think you will be this year? no one wants to sponsor someone at the back.

if the answers to those questions are no tv coverage, not that successful and not going to be right at the front then you may get lucky and find a local business that will give you discount on parts or a service. this is not always good because you are tied to one supplier and others may be cheaper or better.

if your answers are toca package, and you are at the front then you may be able to get some some sponsorship. but it won't be a significant portion of the required racing budget.
