Anyone help me with a track guide new Stowe circuit
Discussion
Hi,
competing in sprint at new Stowe circuit (no longer the triangle it once was) on Sunday but could do with someone talking me through the lap or directing me to a site where it has alread been done. Last part of lap in particular looks a bit complex for those of us who get two practice and two timed runs to play with. Also I'm not an expirienced track driver.
Thanks

I drove this circuit in March, quite easy to learn TBH.
After the first chicane it curves right whilst you're braking for the hairpin, you may be tempted to head straight for the corner but stay as right as possible to get a good line through as you'll need to carry as much speed as possible for the long straight.
After the straight there is a left, right, left, right. The final right can be taken quicker than you think, try and use quite a lot of the white concrete curb on the right and you will get a good exit speed.
The final right hander before the start finish straight can be taken a number of ways. Many stay to the right and clip the left hand apex quite early, I found driving straight for the outside of the corner and then turning in gave a later apex and more speed onto the straight.
