Mobile welding recommendations around NW london

Can anyone recommend a good welder (mobile ideally) who can weld a small hoop onto the top of my roll cage?

I'm based in NW London and it seems silly to drag the car up to Silverstone (where several cage manufacturers are based for example) just for 2 x 15cms seam welds. However, I need the welds to be very high quality.
