Im looking at more track time and notice that Mallory Park do (AM) car testing days.

Having looked on their website I cannot see whether they are open pit lane or not.

Has anyone been? If so how is it arranged?

Thanks

In my experience, split in 30 minute sessions between sports/saloons and single seaters. Having said that, last time I was there, there were so few single seaters the first hour was open pit lane.

They run bike testing in the pm sessions, so if you have an interest in two wheelers (or mentalists in sidecars) it can be quite interesting to hang around afterwards.

Depends totally on how busy it is.

I've been there one week and got 3 x 20 minute sessions. Another week open pit keeping a look out for old f1 cars in the mirrors (normally heard them first though!)

any Wednesday before a race meeting there will be very full so have a look at their calendar and try to plan around it if you're looking for lots of time.

I was there a couple of weeks ago & we got 2 x 30 min sessions and one x 40 min session in the morning. Good value but a red flag will obviously eat in to time.
