Nobody that I know of.
Part of the FIA standard is that they have dates (life of the belt) on them.
I have a lovely 6-point Scroth harness, used about half a dozen times. Dead at the end of 2008.
I had a set of FIA TRS harnesses that were 2001 or 2002, but back then they didn't put a date on them, and even though you get a 10 year life, they were declared illegal as they didn't have an expiry date.

I'm with Mr Belmont here, (ooooeeer) Had to be done.
These days all belts WILL display an END Date. If not then they have tampered with, and are therefore are illegal.
Get a new set of Belts and then you will be OK for 5 years, or so (bastids) Hell I ad to sacrifice a good set this year due to protocol. sense will never be seen.

I don't know for sure, but maybe if you went to a belt manufacturer they could sort some belts out without the logos on them.
These guys make FIA belts, might be worth a call,
