Hi all.

I am currently looking for a job in a race team. I am just finishing my 2nd year of my National Diploma in Motorsport at Wiltshire College. I am looking to start the job in June/July 2010.

I am also available to work weekends up till I finish college then work full time when finish college.

I am based in Swindon, ideally need something with in driving distance, but I may relocate
I have a full UK driving license.

So I was wondering if anybody on here is looking for a mechanic or knows somebody is.

Its probably a bit of a quiet time of the year to be honest.

Don't get disheartened, just get on google, find race teams and ring them, email them or whatever it takes...

I would also suggest going to a few local events and seeing what goes on, maybe offering to help out and to get a feeling for what is involved from the inside, not from a spectator standpoint.

I allready do that, I help on a local car, I also help at other events such as British F3, Superkarts, Britcar, Clio Cup.

But alot of the people I race with either can't employe me cause they dont have any openings or they race as a hobby in there spare time.
