The Dunlop UK website lists some tyre compunds , but not all.
Is anymore info available ? I have a few tyres which i need to identify the compound chatacterisics (soft , med, hard ) i.e i have a set of 891 compound, and could do with knowing what i've got.

Hi Darren

As far as I am aware the higher the number the softer the compound

TC cars used to run 662 compound which is quite soft. Most I think now run 257 in order to slow them down to Nat B I was told.

we tried some 891 I think it was a GT car qualifying tyre??
