2025 MSUK competition licence - digital, actual or what?

I'm not for one minute suggesting that the MSUK website is a potential minefield, but having successfully navigated my way through to getting my licence renewed for 2025, I'm left wondering whether I still get an actual licence (card), or will it be digital only? If it's the latter, how will you go about producing it when required?

Yep, cards still being issued, but not for long I expect.

The digital license is pretty useful, you can download it to your ‘wallet’ like a bank card and use that to sign on etc.

It certainly spared me some grief in Anglesey when I left my license card on the table back in Essex!

Just to confirm I was able to access my digital card a few days after doing my ARDS and a physical card arrived about a week later.

Here in Ireland our Motorsport Governing Body has just gone all digital, no more cards it’s all on your phone.

To conclude my post I'm pleased to report that my physical card arrived a couple of weeks ago.

Oddly my card, had a totally different number than I've had the last decade or so....which seems silly.

Me too. I’ve been meaning to call MUK to ask if that’s deliberate (and if I can have my old one back).

In the mid 2000s I went for several years without a licence - I wondered if their new website had linked me to the previous version of me.
