Yesterday i picked up my 22 race licence, from Motor Sport Malaysia, as a Britisch Citizen I need a 'no objection' letter from MSA, I have a direct email to MSA, and I would like to say thank you, and how efficient the MSA are, simple emai to them with proof of residency and they provid the letter FOC by return.
I've being doing this for last 25 years, in the old days the RAC took weeks and charged, Last time I think it was 25 pounds.
