Does Brands have power available in the paddock for competitor motorhome hook-up?

Yes, around the out side of the outer paddock and also along the bottom fence of the inner paddock.

Lots of power and the showers are cloud9

(Take a cable tie)...

Great view of the circuit even working on the car in the paddock. Love Brands!

Yes, but get there early as everyone else wants a hook up too, and from memory there aren’t any in the middle of the paddock. Those testing on Friday will always have taken the best spots anyway.

Unpopular opinion, but Brands is one of the worst circuits in the UK, unless you are driving the GP circuit.

The indy circuit is ste, apart from one corner, the paddock facilities are cramped at best, the outer paddock is a 15 min walk to the pits and if you want to arrive on the day because you only live an hour or so away, you've got no chance to park up either near the rest of your competitors or sometimes at all.

I was supposed to be racing an Brands Indy this weekend, however I glad I am not, my championship gets the pit garages this weekend, with scrutineering in situ, however, I wouldn't arrive until 7 on the Sunday, and there would have been no where for me to park, with the garages all full. And no I am not arriving the night before to either sleep in the car/tent or book a hotel.

it's a bks venue outside of the GP track.

This is true of every circuit, everywhere. Get there early or get a st spot. Nature of the beast and all that.

No power in the middle of the outer paddock, however there are some cable gullys in the tarmac to enable you to run a long cable over to the hookups though.

.
I agree about the Indy circuit, doesn’t offer much for the driver- but being able to watch an entire race play out from the top grandstand is pretty cool. I’m doing the GP for the first time later this year and I’m buzzing for that.

I still think the paddock is the tits, compared to the likes of Thruxton, Combe, Cadwell, pretty much spoilt having plenty of power, water all over a paved area and good welfare facilities. Setting up on the inside wall and having cars screaming down paddock hill metres away is pretty special too I think.

Ah, So you're in the 750MC HH too?

Lol, some series you have to be there on Thursday evening to get a decent spot for Sunday. Series that struggle to get into double figures at Oulton and Cadwell sell out months in advance at Brands. No-one wants to travel these days.
