Motorsport Show Discounts

Hi,

I've been advised that the motorsport show in January is a good opportunity to buy a race suit, helmet etc. at a discounted show price. If I'm looking for something like an OMP suit and Bell helmet, is it worth holding out or just getting from Demon Tweeks?

I'm planning on racing next year but will possibly do a track day or two this year. I already have a helmet for trackdays so could possibly wait but if it's only a few quid then it makes more sense to get everything and get accustomed to driving in the suit etc.

Aside from cost is there any other benefit of waiting for the showin anyone's experience?

Always best to try stuff on, but DT usually have a pretty big display there with stock to do just that.

But the show is worth a visit anyway.

Thanks, I definitely plan to go as I’m sure there will be plenty of things I’ll need. Any idea of the level of discount generally offered?
