VBox not updating reference lap on predictive timing

Can anyone help.

I have a VBox Lite with OLED display. In predictive lap timing mode it sets a reference lap but wont update it if I set a faster lap. The times are all logged when I look in view lap times, with the quickest lap being highlighted.

I've reset lap timing data but it still does the same, any ideas?
