Hi guys,

Hope you've all had a good Christmas... smile

Just about to pay for the MSA Go Racing pack, just wanted to check I was getting the right one... This is it, right? http://shop.msauk.org/product_details.asp?id=4023

It's just I remember reading it was closer to fifty quid, rather than a hundred. Would rather not throw £40 away if I can get it cheaper. wink

Cheers (y)

Seems like the equivalent of a 'deluxe package' to me. When I applied originally (granted, that was in 2006) you just got a crappy plastic folder with a DVD and the rule books in. You then had to pay extra for the licence when you actually applied. This actually makes this better value as it was indeed around £50 for the go racing pack, then the cost of the licence on top which depending on what you were applying for, could be quite expensive itself. Seems like they now have this 'all in one' application

Cool, thanks smile

Not booked yet (waiting for 2015 dates to be announced) but planning on doing it at Silverstone. More expensive than others but looks like a fun day out if nothing else...

If you want a bit more of a personal service I'd suggest looking at Mallory or Anglesey.

On the day you will be primarily concerned about getting the test passed rather than having fun yes

If you want to learn rather than just be taught how to pass the test, go to Mallory.

I do believe this forum is for genuine people to ask questions and communicate with others on here. if you would like to discuss anything further I suggest you contact me direct as I always have, and always will conduct myself in a professional manner.
