Just a quick query, in the UK if you have a UK race license but are from say france which flag and anthem do they play if you win?

I only ask because out here in the Middle East they've introduced a rule that the flag and anthem will be of the same authority that issued your race license...given I compete in a national championship we all have locally issued licenses so, you guessed it, from now on every race we have 3 local flags and the national anthem...to me this stinks as it never used to be this way at the start of the season.

What are the rules in the UK?

Don't know if this helps -- it doesn't appear to.

When I was on the podium for the CSCC Series at Spa last year they played my Irish National Anthem and hoisted the Union Jack ( in Error ! ).

That boxster of yours is fast enough to win, just dont do the last lap do or die bit as you might succeed on the die bit. Yep, proper podium for race winners in each grouping, eg 1.2.3 in MC.

Just going out to enjoy myself - Will Sharpe and I, will no doubt have 2 x 40mins of wheel to wheel action - he's got a big new power mod on his and I've lost weight - so hoping that will level out wink

No reflection on you, but on the series organisers. Isn't it a just little sad to want to have an exact replica of an F1 podium ceremony? For a club race?

If I'd just won a race, any race, I'd be more than happy to stand on a podium smile
Good for sponsors as well.

It's not in any way a reflection on the series organisers. I'm the only non UK entrant in their series and it matters not a bit to me what flag or what Anthem they play. The CSCC organisers do a bloody great job all round.
