I am new to PistonHeads and not sure if I am breaking any rules by posting about a job here. But it could be a great opportunity for forum members …… and I have asked the moderator and not had any objection. So here’s the scoop:
The 750 Motor Club are recruiting an Events & Marketing Manager. All the details can be found at:
http://www.750mc.co.uk/index.php
This role is vital to the success of the club as it combines the operational delivery of the club’s race meetings and other events with a dynamic marketing role to drive growth for the club in an exciting but challenging market place.
The 750 Motor Club has its roots in low cost motorsport and during a history of over 70 years has helped launched the careers of many of our famous engineers and race drivers. The club organise a variety of race series and championships that focus on providing the best available value for money as well as a great weekend away with family and friends. There is a full season of motorsport in preparation for 2012, with 12 race weekends, including the unique Birkett Relay race, and a wide variety of championships.
This role would be ideal for a graduate with a few years relevant experience. There is another more senior role being recruited soon as well. Good luck if they appeal to you.
cheers
Colin

I mentioned in my original post that the 750 Motor Club would be recruting a further senior role (Commercial Manager) early in the New Year. If you have demonstrated abilities in Business Development, Organisation & Planning & Procurement plus extensive motorsport experience and you would enjoy the challenge of steering one of the leading motorsport clubs, then see the 750 MC website for further details at:

I'd be very interested in the first role you posted. Fairly unfortunate that I don't graduate until June 2012 frown.
