Remaining race meets 2011 - Help Please !!!
Discussion
Hi all,
I was supposed to be taking my boy to Oulton Park for the Dunlop TVR challenge on 15 Oct, one of our favourite meets.
However, I've bloody overbooked with something else that I can't get out of.
So I'm a bit annoyed and my little lad is even more so.
So, I'm frantically trying to see what else is left all around the UK circuits during these last few weeks of the season.
Any offerings ?
Thanks in advance.

Come to Cadwell this weekend for the 750MC finals.
Should be big grids and very good racing, and if the nice weather holds out you can't get a prettier venue!
Timetable, entry list etc here: http://www.750mc.co.uk/images/uploaded/Cadwell%20P...

best bet is to use the TSL webpage, it at least tells you what is on where, you may have to go to the organsiing clubs webpage to get a timetable etc.

personally i would go to the Walter Hayes trophy at silverstone on 5th/6th november. ok so its a LOT of formula fords but its keenly fought and prestigious in FFord circles and the support races are normally good fun. as its fairly low key you can wander around to your hearts content, paddocks etc http://www.silverstone.co.uk/events/walter-hayes-t...

Wildcard entry: Truck Superprix at Brands Hatch on the 29th and 30th.
Not one for the purists perhaps but it's a heck of a spectacle, hugely entertaining, and on past showings Pretty Damned Competitive.
Three full-sized articulated lorry tractor units trying to get into Paddock Hill bend side by side[1] is not a site you forget in a hurry
[2] Two of them made it through, one ended up in the gravel trap, whch was also quite spectacular - in spite of the fact that at least some of the marshall's posts are moved back behind the armco I'm really not sure I'd have wanted to be marshalling that one...
