I'm looking for a set of used slicks to use on tracks days in my Kitcar. I believe 16/53 R13 or 160/530 R13 is the correct size (equivalent to 185/60 R13). Anyone know where I can get some half decent ones from?

Sounds close to a formula ford / formula Renault front tyre size.

Google teams for the above and I'm sure they'll help.

Could also try profuse who are Michelin suppliers in the uk. They should have some 2nd hand tyres you can buy.

Jeff i have several 16/53-13" for a 6"/7" rim Avons all with around 4mm and a few 23/57-13" for a 8"rim all of race caterhams so could be about the right compound for your car

If you are at Debden Sprint then i can bring 4 along for you to look at

The only problem with using ex Formula BMW / Renault slicks is the compound ok for hooning around an airfield on cheap rubber but poss the wrong compound for our sort of cars without single seater downforce / speed etc
