Always looks close!
I've been watching some of the races online.
Theres a link near the top left of the page takes you through to videos of the season. They have not got Brands up yet. Not sure how long it takes them to edit it all but you already saw Brands!

Ah ok, this might be you then, I took so many pics on Sunday I thought I must have at least a couple of your car.
Yup thats me del. Bit of a bad weekend for me really. Was expecting to quali in the top ten and get a top 5-7 finish but a badley shaved set of tyres meant I had to quali on new tyres without any heat cycles in them. Like driving on ice and only managed to quali 20th.Edited by delS1 on Wednesday 17th August 20:47
Any chance of copies of the photo's as they will go well on next seasons sponsor package.
Regarding the accident at Snetterton his name is Mark Leach and it was his 1st race in the championship and as far as I know he has multi fractures to his arm and a bruised lung but is on his way to recovering.

That looks savage. 2s into the video you see him driving down the straight and can clearly see he is too high in the car, part of his head is outside the cage. It could have been a lot worse!
Is there not a 50mm below the cage rule in the UK? Here in Aus the top of your helmet has to be 50mm below the bottom of the roof bars / main hoop in an open vehicle and as of next year closed cars are counted in that. This is a massive PITA to achieve in an MX5 so mine has a hardtop on it and is log booked as a closed car but that wont work next season so some lateral thinking and chin scratching is going to be required soon!!

In Caterham racing, arm restraints are compulsory. I can see why. Best wishes to the driver - I see he's posted on the video itself that he's recovering - good to hear - big smash.
